i suppose what i’ve eaten this weekend could definitely qualify as a binge. i ate relatively healthy… except for the tortilla chips. which i ate a LOT of. but i tracked everything (usually, when i binge, i don’t track it) and i kept going to the gym, so hopefully it won’t be too bad.

plus i didn’t drink at all this weekend, like i usually do, so i guess it could’ve been worse.

good things: this week, i’ll be too busy to binge. hopefully that will help get my eating habits back on track.

made it to the gym, worked out for a bit, then took a walk down the brooklyn promenade. i wish i could make myself into a morning person, because walking/running there before work would be perfect… alas, dragging myself out of bed for work is already hard enough. it was a nice little walk after the gym, though.

you know when you’ve slept for too long and you’re just super groggy and lazy? ugh. i slept for a solid ten hours and i’m dying right now.

must go to the gym. but can’t imagine moving. STRUGGLE BUS.
